Instructions on the hosting of stand parties

Stand parties are a great way to draw attention to your stand, your products and to show your customers your appreciation. There are just some things we'd like you to consider and some rules to go by to make it a memorable event - in a purely good way.

For exhibitors planning evening events at their stand, please note that this year again there will be a pamphlet with information that is largely relevant to safety.
Exhibitors, please be informed if you are planning stand parties or similar parties. It will soon also be available for download on the website under Trade Fair Preparations from A-Z (Preparation & Execution/Events at Stand).
A further pamphlet on the subject of signing hours is being updated currently .

Please check out the instructions and our house rules and stay updated here.

My Book Fair is the central access point for all online services of Frankfurter Buchmesse.
